Do I have the choice of where to get my car repaired?

Yes, you have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice.  Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.  Kemna Collision Repair works with all insurance companies to ensure you the best and fastest repair possible.

What happens when my vehicle is towed in?

When we receive your vehicle, we will take pictures of the accident damage. We will  tear down the accident damaged area(s) and write an estimate. We will call you with a preliminary estimate amount.

Will my paint match?

Today's paint mixing now uses the enhancement of a computer to mix colors from the vehicle's paint code. This technology now gives us the accuracy needed to begin the paint match process.   Kemna Collision Repair, LLC guarantees all paint matches.

How long will my estimate take?

Allow approximately 15 minutes for the estimate to be written. If there is substantial damage, it may take up to 30 minutes to inspect your vehicle and write the estimate.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

The length of repair of any damage depends on many factors. Depending on the damage to your vehicle, repair time could be as short as one day, or as long as two weeks.  An estimate will tell you the approximate time of repairs.

How soon can I wash my car?

The vehicle may be washed immediately. We recommend using mild car soap, however you should not wax the newly painted area for at least 90 days.

The deductible is the amount of the repairs that the owner is responsible for according to your insurance policy.  (normally $250.00, $500.00 or $1000.00)
